Friendly, attentive staff. Amazing food, would recommend!

two days ago was the first time in this good restaurant. But It is definitely not the last time. We enjoyed the evening very much with the good service, with the fine food and wine and with the honest cost. We will no doubt come back soon.

Thanks to the waitress my food was done the way I like it

Over priced, way too many up charges. Got charged 75cents for half a slice of cheese In a omelette. Even tried charging 1.75 for toast that was included in the meal when brought to their attention they still charged 30 cents for something that was included in the meal

Been there a lot but this time the service was great, she was sweet, she gave us full attention but their food today was absolutely gross. Got the grilled cheese with bacon on it and fries, the grilled cheese was almost burnt and hard, and the fries tasted like they were fried in the same grease as fish and tasted gross. And I had asked for a side if honey mustard but it sure wasnt honey mustard. I cant even explain the taste but it was awful.

Very nice waitress who must have been in training...Food was mediocre. We ate it because we were hungry, not because it was good. Gravy was under cooked and tasted like flour paste. Portions were good. Owners were nice.

We where passing through on a motorcycle trip. The food was fantastic. The wait staff where very friendly. Young girls from Albina.. highly suggest checking it out !

Food is fair, atmosphere is fair. It is an okay family restaurant, but it is not what it used to be. You can tell the kitchen has begun to cut corners in order to cut costs.Overall, I am not impressed with this place & choose not to frequent it, & would rather drive to Baraboo etc to find good family dining options.

Fast, friendly, and excellent service. The food is excellent and if you don't want to wait 45 min. to get a table for breakfast in the Dells, drive 15 min for this gem.

Burgers are generic, flavorless, frozen patties.... the Monte Cristo meat (turkey/ham) tasted old. Monte Cristo bread was amazing! Burger bun was fresh, flakey and delicious! Fries were great as well! Just disappointed by the sub par meat. I get that meat prices have gone up but, quality still needs to be maintained. Our waitress was very nice... then she disappeared for a while and we were sitting with empty plates waiting for our bill. Then she came through the front door with bags in her hands from the store next door! Should probably shop before/after work or on your break. Definitely not while you have customers! Another complaint.... in the current environment of the world and covid 19.... they should be taking some extra precautions. I.e. not leaving condiments and salt/pepper on the tables. Tables should be wiped down. Staff should be washing hands (or at least sanitizing) between clearing dirty dishes, handling money/til, and serving fresh food/"clean" dishes.

A group of us went there for breakfast. Good service, and the prices are fair. Food was good.

Breakfast buffet- perfect.

Food was good (lunch)and prices reasonable. Interior decor was neutral and pleasant, open and airy. Would stop again.

Good food friendly people

Seems as this location goes through hard times the food quality goes more and more generic. They cut hours a while back because it seems the dinner crowd wasn't good enough for maintaining business. I think if they took the hit and increased the quality of the food and staff and spent some money to advertise it would turn this place around. I think the owner or manage is a really nice guy, but I worry just like the previous iterations of this place, he might be in over his head. But I still go for breakfast.

The food was good, served soup with sandwich with ability to get fries, too. Waitress was very friendly.

We had the breakfast buffet, it was cold, asked waitress to microwave food, she did for 30 seconds, still cold. I think she was more interested in swiping sausage from the buffet! We will not go back again.

Good service depends on which waitress you get. Food is spotty sometimes its good but more than once my food has been cold. Also always have the same dessert offerings which gets boring

There aren't many options in Reedsburg, this place is okay in a pinch. Coffee is decent, food is okay. Prices are a little high. They charge less if you pay in cash.

Waitress busy talking. Not friendly at all. Went back again and the waitress was very friendly and service was fast. I guess it just depends on which waitress you get. Good food at good prices

We got to the restaurant at about 1030 on a Sunday morning, surprisingly they weren't very busy. Our waitress was nice but we waited a long time for refills on coffee, and never got a refill on my water. The people in my group that ordered food off the menu instead of buffet didn't get their food till about 1115. The eggs and hashbrowns on the buffet were disgusting. The pancakes and waffles were really hard, they had obviously been sitting there awhile. My children enjoyed the meat that was on the buffet. The fruit and salad bar was not included in the $13 price of the buffet which is ridiculously. Overall not a good experience and when I'm in Reedsburg again I will be finding somewhere else to eat with my family.

Well.... The service is great. Almost too overstaffed. The breakfast buffet was cold. The bacon was the best part. Came to the bill and we went up and tried running a card. The cashier said it was "cancelled" - we paid in cash. After paying the 65 on a 59$ bill 3 twenty dollar bills and an extra 5 by accident. The cashier then tried charging an additional 29$ and when we told her she was wrong her attitude came out and she acted like we were leaving with the house. Two times we had to correct her. She ended up giving us the 5$ back that we overpaid but the whole situation was uncomfortable. Probably will not be going back

Good food, better company!

Food was very good. Had Friday night fish fry which included salad and a vegetable. Restaurant appeared to be clean. Didn't know about the credit card fee though. Will be going back!

My elderly parents and I were in town for a wedding and decided to stop here for breakfast. Nice size portions, good food and reasonably priced 😁

Gravy was extremely salty.had to scrape it off the meat.. Mashed potatoes were instant. Waitress served my food and the next time I saw her was when she placed the bill on the table. Cashier didn't bother to inquire how my meal was.

Food is average. If you use a credit card, they pass on THEIR 2.99% , (which THEY agreed to, to be able to accept credit payment), to the customer. How many retail establishments do you know that pass on those charges to their customers. I know of NONE.Very poor business practice.

Food is pretty good. Service was ok. One server is awesome. She was trying to take care of all tables while other server played on her phone. Five stars if staff both get on same page!

This place is my first choice place. Of all restaurants I know I love it most. I never miss an opportunity to go to this restaurant. everytime I I need a good dinner, this is the place that comes first to my head. exeptionalgorgeous and food and a rich menu.great team, and agreeable atmosphere. In addition to that, the price is fair. I suggest this place with great pleasure.

Best fish fry around!! Great steak fries! Highly recommended!
